That game mechanic would be really good way to play as if they did an addon where you played as Ellie, and sure it would be nice to see her naked( ), but i mean that she survives on the sprawl in just day to day clothes, with a basic plasma cutter. However, one thing I dont understand is why Isac had to be naked.

Ive played it on hardest level and its impossible!!! Hell its hard on easy!! However, my friend somehow managed to complete it. You also only have the plasma cutter and not capable of upgrades. My friend is a bit of a PC geek and his created a Dead Space mod where Isac is butt naked and so gets killed instantly with one slash from a big necromorph or slowed down heavily if hit by a baby necromorph.
